All ribs cooked at BrushFire are dry rubbed with our signature “BrushFire Pork and Rib Rub” before being slowed smoked with Mequite and Pecan wood.  Once you order your ribs you will select one of our 6 Sauces for us to grill on your ribs befor we serve them.

Sticky RIBS
St. Louis pork ribs have a little bigger bone and more tender sweet meat.

Baby Back RIBS
These ribs have a smaller bone with a generous amount of naturally tender sweet meat.

Beef RIBS
These ribs have a large bone with a generous amount of naturally tender sweet meat. If you like Beef Ribs you will love BrushFire signature Beef Ribs.

The Rubs:

All of our signature dry rubs are made from the freshest, high quality spices around and applied liberally to our meats. We then let our meats and rubs “play” together for a “while” before we smoke them. This helps all the flavors get fired up!
