BrushFire BBQ Co. provides the highest quality food at reasonable prices. We will guide you through our simple process, then provide you with a written price quote. We put years of catering expeience at your disposal. Our professional, well trained staff will guide you in selecting the perfect meal for your office party or catered event. We include everything you need to feed groups of 10 or more.

Platters:

We offer all of our regular menu items plus some specialty items packaged in convenient platters to feed 8-10 or 10-25 people.   Platters are sold ala-carte.  They do not include chaffers, or disposeable dinnerware. If you require a complete solution we recommend one of our packages. 24-Hour’s notice requested, but not required.

Packages:

Our packages are priced per person and are available for any size group. We offer several different packages to fit any event. All of our packages include fresh side dishes, delicious smoked meat, sauces, bread, dessert and all disposables. Please give us a call and we will help you make your event a success.
